What is IMETCO's relationship with NOVOVENT and JINLING?
IMETCO (Egyptian Spanish Co. for Import & Trade) is the authorised agent in Egypt for NOVOVENT (FNP Group, Spain) and JINLING (China), supplying the current models in their official catalogues.
Which areas do you cover?
We deliver across all Egyptian governorates; collection from our Glim, Alexandria warehouse is available by appointment.
Fire & smoke
What is the difference between F300 and F400?
Under EN 12101-3, F300 means the fan operates at 300 °C for 60 minutes and F400 at 400 °C for 120 minutes. The consultant and applicable code decide the required class.
How do I verify a smoke fan certificate?
Each fire-rated model shows its class and the certificate number issued by the notified body (e.g. 0370-CPR-1553) on the model page and datasheet.
Selection & approval
What do I need to select the right fan?
Required airflow (m³/h), static pressure (Pa), application, mounting, power supply and fire class if any. The beta selector shortlists by maximum airflow; an IMETCO engineer confirms the final selection.
Can I get a submittal for the consultant?
Yes. Request the datasheet or submittal for the selected model through the RFQ list or WhatsApp.
Ordering & delivery
Why are prices not shown?
Prices depend on model, size, quantity, delivery date and shipping. Add models to your RFQ list or send the required airflow and we will send a formal quotation.
What are the payment terms?
IMETCO issues an official invoice in the customer's name; 100% of the total (including shipping) is paid before delivery by bank transfer to the company's official account stated on the invoice only. We never ask for transfers to personal accounts.
How do I submit a complaint?
