Privacy policy

IMETCO respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

What we collect

Name, mobile number, company name (when requesting as a company), email (optional), delivery address and requested models — only when you send a quotation request or a complaint.

How we use it

We record the data you send us for one purpose only: to contact you and serve you within the scope of your request. We do not share your data with any other party.

This covers quotation requests, complaints and questions sent to the IMETCO Smart Assistant; they are kept in an internal IMETCO log to follow up your request and improve our service.

On your device

Your RFQ list is stored only in your browser (local storage) until you press Send. We use no advertising cookies.
